Stage6 Variator Shims (x10) 16mm CPI / Chinese 2-stroke scooters to fine-tune your variator and improve performance.

CVT and clutch tuning is key to optimum shifting performance and a fast engine. In order to adapt the variator to V-belt width and thus improve your scooter's take-offs and acceleration, there is no getting around variator shimming. The shims are placed between the front pulley and the variator bushing and move the pulley further out, how far depends on the shim you're using. You'll probably have to experiment a little but we can assure you that it's worth it, the results are mind-blowing!

Details: 30 shims 0.1 - 0.5mm / 16x21mm.
