  • Check carb is locked into the intake boot really well …that carb and boot style are a bit tricky so watch them
  • check front variator and rear pulley nuts are tight with the 3/8” mid level impacts
  • check cvt and water pump cover bolts - exhaust flange header bolts with a hand ratchet about 8ft lbs or snug
  • air filter clamp on straight and snug
  • check chain tensioner with tensioner not touching the chain (there is a process I can share more info as needed)
  • wheel nuts tight
  • axle nuts tight (we often can wrap electrical tape on the axle and then on top of the nuts as this works week or I think we also may seek locking nuts) …yours seems to be tight and work well so we try not to mess with things like this that are functioning properly)
  • front and rear sprocket nuts-bolts tight
  • throttle cable not too tight and can turn wheels far left and right and rpms don’t go up
  •  fuel level in tank is adequate
  • throttle assembly tight to handle bars and angled properly
  • handlebar clamp bolt tight
  • coolant level is full (we run engine and take the cap off and fill) - also can pump the clear lower line hand or even lift front end up to force more air out ) - clear lines super helpful for seeing coolant air pockets
