____ I understand and will comply with all government age guidelines for all riders of this vehicle
____ I understand that I must change the engine oil after 30 to 60 minutes of riding for engine break in and replace it with a premium engine oil
____ I understand that G-Force Powersports Inc has assembled the unit, but is not liable for any performance issues, injuries or damage due to the build, assembly and usage of this vehicle
____ I understand that the warranty is for “PARTS ONLY” for a duration of 90 days and some items and usage may be excluded and make the warranty void.
____ I understand that G-Force Powersports is not liable for any reimbursement of transportation costs at anytime for the delivery, repair or any transportation related to this vehicle
____ I understand riding an atv/dirt bike can be hazardous and relate in injury and/or death and assume all responsibility
____ I understand that all sales are “Final” and “No Refunds” or “Credits” will be allowed
____ I understand that I must check all bolts, nut and hardware before the “first” and every ride afterwards
____ I understand G-Force Powersports is not responsible for any labor charges in regards to any repairs that are under “warranty” or “non warranty”
