Description
One of more difficult things to do on a bike is mounting the crankshaft and crankshaft bearings. This Easyboost Crankshaft Bearing Tool 50cc is a great help when installing the main bearings on the crankshafts of many 50cc scooters and mopeds (Derbi, Piaggio, Peugeot, Yamaha, MBK, AM& etc.). The tool kit allows mounting the bearings without having to use force, without heating and / or tapping. The nut is screwed onto the crankshaft, then the aluminium tube, needle stop and washers are placed over the crankshaft, and by turning the screw-down nut with a wrench, the bearing will slowly but surely be pushed onto its seat.
Then heat the bearing seat in the crankcase and insert the crankshaft with its bearings without using any force.
