Front Brake Assembly for Front Disc Brakes on Tao Tao Raptor 200 ATV
Front disc brake caliper and master cylinder assembly built for the Tao Tao Raptor 200 ATV. Compare against your existing parts and photos before ordering, as fitment can vary.
- Calipers: two single-piston units with brackets, 8mm x 1.25 threaded mounting holes spaced 62.5mm (2.48") apart, includes bleeder screw and 10mm x 1.25 banjo bolt (ref. 605217)
- Master cylinder: right-hand, black 210mm (8.26") brake lever, uses DOT3 or DOT4 fluid, hose connects at the rear, includes brake light switch (ref. 605219)
- Hoses: three hoses with a T-fitting, each about 24" long (ref. 607185, 607117)
Shop note: after installing the caliper and adding hydraulic fluid, bleed any remaining air from the brake system so the caliper works effectively.
