Description
Flexx Handlebars are tunable suspension for your hands, minimizing numbness and fatigue, allowing you to ride longer and charge harder.
With more wheels on the ground comes more bumps to absorb. A rigid handlebar on an ATV transfers vibration and abuse to the rider’s upper body, making it difficult and fatiguing to consistently hit desired lines through rocks, roots, braking bumps, and other trail chatter. Flexx Handlebars dramatically reduce those impacts and vibration, allowing you to focus on riding instead of hanging on. Flexx Handlebars are assembled with a proprietary bushing in the pivot pin to isolate the handles from metal-to-metal contact. They ship with a variety of elastomers that allow you to further tune the bar to your preferences. This provides you with the highest performing handlebar available, combining less vibration, subdued impacts, and improved ergonomics for a better day riding.

-Our Quad Bars are 31 inches wide, while our Moto Bars are 32 inches wide.
-All Quad bends offer 9” of handle room, over an inch more than a traditional bar.
-All Moto bends offer 9.5” of handle room, over 1.5 inches more than a traditional bar.
-We have a new low bar that’s 68mm tall. This means we now have 3 different bar heights: 68mm, 92mm, and 116mm.
-The 92mm bar was previously referred to as the “Quad Low”, it’s now referred to as the “Standard” height. The 68mm tall bar will now be refferred to as the "Quad Low". The 116mm “Quad High” will go unaffected.
-If running a low bar on a TRX or YFZ, a +1 stem is needed for the bar to clear an oversized fuel tank
- Flexx Handlebars are 1 1/8" at the mounting section and 7/8" at the handles.
- On ATV’s the ideal backsweep is usually a 14° or a 15°, pending your height and what kind of riding you’re primarily doing. Most ATV’s come stock with a bar most identical to our 15* Quad High.
- Traditionally taller riders prefer a straighter bar like the 14°. Check out our ATV Bar Bend
