WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GFORCE SHIPMENT?
- We ship the same day more often than not, but due to extreme volume swings during come parts of the year and week, please allow 24-48 hrs for your order to be processed.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH A BACK ORDERED ITEM?
- You will get an email that notates that your order contains a back order and if an eta is available we will share that info with you
- Once the item is available then it will be ship direct from either the vendor or GForce

MY ORDER HAS BEEN SPLIT OR I RECEIVED 1 BOX BUT DON'T HAVE ALL MY ITEMS?
- Due to the large number of items and supply hurdles we face, many times some of your items will need to be drop shipped from a 3rd party vendor.
- Vendors often take more time that we do to ship an item and also don't always share tracking info in a timely manner - please be patient with this process

USPS SHIPPING - AT YOUR OWN RISK
- USPS offers a great service for the cost, but when things go wrong it is very difficult to find a quick and amicable solution.
