Factory Apex Is meant for closed competition usage only for riders 18 years and older.
Any usage for riders under 18 Yrs old is done solely at the discretion of
- Chassis is manufactured independently and provided as a kit
- Engine selection and install is based on customers acceptance that this is a multi piece “kit” and not a factory finished offered product
- Product used in a partial or complete manner is for closed competition use for by riders 18 years or older
- Product usage and combination with an engine and installation has not been approved for usage by Consumer Safety
- Use of this Product May result in death or injury
- G Force Powersports Inc is released from all liability for product quality - usage or injuries or death as a result of this product and its usuage
